Adele started playing bass guitar in the Brisbane music scene in the early 90’s. From 1998-2003, Adele played with The Dave Graney Show, recorded four albums and toured extensively. From 2000-2006, Adele was a member of The Go Betweens and won an ARIA award for the album Oceans Apart.

Adele continues to perform and record with Robert Forster, the co-founder of The Go Betweens.

In 2009, Adele co-wrote a song with author Nick Earls and was Musical Director for the Nick Earls play Butterfish which was performed at The Powerhouse. More recently Adele has been performing and recording with Ranger and with the duo Adele & Glenn.
